We use only premium cuts of pork in our sausage. Sure, this costs more to produce but we are sold on the idea of serving only the best product possible.

When you get heartburn or belching, this is the sign that what you have eaten is not agreeing with you. At Meister Premium Meats, we only use natural additive for flavoring consisting of pepper, limited salt, sage and limited sugar. We have had many people tell us that ours is the first sausage they have eaten that has not caused heartburn or belching.

Our sausage is USDA inspected and does carry the USDA stamp. Our sausage packages also contain safe handling instructions. Our sausage has to be stored frozen and utilized within 3 days of thaw or refrozen. We do not use preservatives apart from the seasoning mentioned above.
